1 1/2 cups homemade or store-bought milk of choice (we used a homemade hemp seed milk)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1 dropper Hemp Extract Oil Plus Mint Chocolate
1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 drop vanilla extract
1 cup ice1 date*, pitted 1 drop spearmint essential oil extract*
Stevia to taste*
In a high-speed blender combine all ingredients, except ice and CW and blend on high for 60-90 seconds. Add ice to blender and pulse for 30 seconds to chill. Add CW. Pulse again to mix and then serve immediately for a refreshing beverage.
*Optional Ingredients. Leave out date and/or Stevia for a lower sugar alternative. Leave out mint flavor if not available. You can use a peppermint extract or 1 organic peppermint breath mint if you are feeling creative.
All ingredients preferably organic.
